LadyRaga.com reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.You (The subscriber) are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use the www.ladyraga.com website.
LadyRaga.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service. LadyRaga.com disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, (including without limitation implied, warranties or conditions of information and context). We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the local courts. LadyRaga.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. LadyRaga.com shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of its website.
2. Our Laiabilities
The availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of LadyRaga. Excluding any content that may be submitted by the subscriber from time to time, we strive to ensure that the information on the Site is complete and reliable. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors and other errors or inaccuracies, which we (LadyRaga) may correct without liability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by Members and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without any notice (including after an order has been submitted or acknowledged).
3. Replacement Policy
Before each subscriptions is shipped to Lady Raga subscribers, we always ensure the quality of all the products and also ensure that they are not damaged. In the rare case if unfortunately any product from your subscription packet is accidentally damaged in transit, we will happily replace it with a new piece of the same product.
Please note that the the issue has to be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery of your Lady Raga Subscription via an email to email@example.com with a picture of the damaged product.
Under what conditions Replacements will be provided? In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a replacement
- We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
- The merchandise got damaged during transit.
- The damaged product is not possible to fix by your own.
Mandatory pre-requisites to claim replacement As per our return policy we request you to send the product preferably through speed post in a saleable condition. Also request you to send the AWB/Tracking number and courier name on firstname.lastname@example.org along with the details of your order for faster processing of your complaint. Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags(if any) and in original packaging to the address provided to you once your replacement request is approved, Lady Raga doesn’t facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 5 days after the approval of replacement by normal courier service. Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code or amount which will be sent via email to your registered email address or in your account respectively. .
NOTE: In case we don’t receive your product with 5 days your replacement request would be cancelled. The sharpenable product doesnot fall under the category of replacement.
4. Changed Address Request
Address changes for new subscription should be updated via email within 48 hours of the order placed. For us to make the change, please send us an email to email@example.com with the details of your new address. However for on going subscribers, we accept address changes for a month’s subscription before 25th of the previous month. For timely shipping and operational reasons, we will not be able to accept any address changes after this date as your bag would have already been processed. If you are unlikely to be available at the address on record, you can drop in a request for us to hold your shipment and ship it out with the next month’s subscription delivery.
5. Holding Shipment Requests
Holding shipment requests for new subscriptions will be entertained via email within 48 hours of placing the order. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with appropriate details. For timely shipping and operational reasons, we are unable to accept shipment hold requests after the 25th of each month. However, for ongoing subscribers, we accept requests to hold a shipment for a month’s subscription and dispatch it after a specific date only if they are communicated to us before the 25th of the previous month.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User/ Subscriber (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by LadyRaga for redelivery shall be claimed from the User/ Subscriber placing the order.
7. Returned Subscriptions
For prepaid orders that are returned to us due to inability of the member to accept the subscription packet including any of the reasons like; out of station, incomplete address, member shifted, we will reship the subscription packet with the next month’s subscription. For members who would like the bag to be shipped again during the same month, they can avail the reshipping service at a nominal additional “Reshipping and Handling” fee of Rs. 100/-. We don’t accept returns on monthly Boxes. However, for postpaid orders like Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us are reshipped only after the payment for the same is made online.
8. User Payment Liability
LadyRaga will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user/subscriber and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user/subscriber.The User/Subscriber must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
9. Subscription Transfer
LadyRaga currently offers One-month, Three Month, Six Month & Twelve Month subscription plans. All the subscriptions are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
10. Contests By LadyRaga
LadyRaga.com holds contests across various social media channels. The winners are picked at random from across the social media channels, typically one winner across the various channels.
11. Warranty and Liability
LadyRaga.com will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on www.ladyraga.com. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor.
12. Cash On Delivery
In case of Cash-on-Delivery order,Please note If a subscriber rejects her packet then she will not be allowed to order her next order by COD, only prepaid orders will be accepted.
We are not able to accept cancellation on single month Boxes. In multiple month subscription, there is multiple level processing involved at various stages, so a nominal charges of Rs. 150/- will be charged as processing and convenience charges and monthly subscription amount of previous months for which you have already received your subscriptions will be deducted. If you are cancelling your subscription in between, your deducted amount equals to product of number of monthly subscriptions received and immediately lower subscription cost plus full monthly subscription cost of extra months beyond the lower subscription slab.

14.Returns of individual product purchase (except monthly subscriptions) will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.Serial Number is tampered.Product is used or altered.If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.Free product provided by brand.
Categories not eligible for Return:Customized Products (eg: lipsticks,
compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demandPlease Note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply.
